This Privacy Policy applies to the Neva Apart website ("Neva Apart", "we") and explains how personal data is processed when you browse the site, contact us or share a guest review.

2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and your message, including stay dates and number of guests if you share them.
- Guest reviews: first name, last name, e-mail address, star rating, stay date and your comment. Only your name, rating, stay date and comment are published; your e-mail address is never shown on the site.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and referrer, collected in server logs and anonymous visit statistics.
- Preferences: language and theme choices stored in cookies or local storage on your device.
3. Purposes of processing
- Answering reservation, availability and general enquiries
- Verifying the e-mail address of guest reviews and moderating them before publication
- Keeping the website secure, preventing spam and abuse (for example rate limiting form submissions)
- Measuring and improving site performance and content
- Fulfilling legal obligations
4. Legal basis
Personal data is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) on the basis of your explicit consent where required, the establishment or performance of a contract (e.g. reservation enquiries), compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating a secure website.
5. Third-party services
- WhatsApp: the WhatsApp button opens a chat in the WhatsApp application; messages you send there are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Google Maps: embedded maps and direction links are provided by Google and may set their own cookies.
- E-mail delivery: confirmation and notification e-mails are sent through our mail service provider.
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising purposes.
6. Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for the periods required by law. Unverified guest reviews are never published; reviews (published or not) are deleted when you ask us to remove them.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing. You can send your requests to info@nevaapart.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
