About Neva Apart: Aparthotel in Central Aksaray
Updated:
Neva Apart is an aparthotel in the centre of Aksaray that combines the comfort of home with the order of a hotel for guests travelling on business, visiting family, working on a long-term project or exploring Cappadocia. We are in the historic centre, a few minutes’ walk from the Zinciriye Madrasa and the Grand Mosque of Aksaray.
On this page you will find who we are, why Aksaray is a smart base, our apartment types, the historic sites around us and answers to the questions our guests ask most often.
Who is Neva Apart?
Neva Apart was designed so that guests staying in Aksaray can set up the same routine they have at home. Every apartment has a kitchen, a living area and a work corner, while cleaning, maintenance and guest communication follow the discipline of a hotel, with standard checklists and planned schedules.
On short stays we aim for a quick check-in and clear information; on long stays, for comfort that lasts. From before your booking until after check-out you can reach our team by phone and let us know in advance about extra cleaning, an extra bed or a cot.
Our guests include professionals in town for work, families visiting relatives and travellers who want to discover Cappadocia from the Aksaray side. They all expect the same thing: a clean, quiet, central and reliable place to stay.
Why stay in Aksaray?
Aksaray is the western gateway to Cappadocia. Compared with the busy tourist area around Göreme and Ürgüp it offers a calmer, more affordable base that is at least as rich in history. It also sits where the main roads from Ankara, Konya, Nevşehir and Niğde meet, which makes it easy to reach.
From Neva Apart you can drive to Ihlara Valley in about 40–45 minutes and to Sultanhanı, the largest Seljuk caravanserai in Turkey, in 35–40 minutes. Aşıklı Höyük, one of the first known villages of central Anatolia, Güzelyurt with its rock-cut churches and Selime Cathedral are natural stops on a day trip.
Back in the evening, the cafés and restaurants of the city centre and Kılıçarslan Park are within walking distance. You can spend the day in the valleys of Cappadocia and the night in a quiet city apartment. For route ideas, see our Aksaray itineraries and our guide to things to do in Aksaray.
Our apartment types
We offer four apartment types for different needs. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a smart TV, and you can book daily, weekly or monthly stays.
You will find the full features, photos and FAQs of each type on our apartments and services page; in short, the options are:
- Standard comfort apartment: a one-bedroom layout with a separate bedroom, a practical and affordable choice for short city stays.
- Business travel studio: a work corner, fast Wi-Fi and a simple layout for work-focused stays.
- Family suite (2 bedrooms): two separate bedrooms, a large living room and parking for families and groups.
- Deluxe city-view apartment: a balcony, a spacious living room and views over the city skyline.
Location and nearby historic sites
Step outside Neva Apart and the historic core of Aksaray is right next to you; you can see the city’s key Seljuk and Karamanid monuments on a short walk, without getting in your car.
A few minutes on foot take you to the Grand Mosque, built by the Karamanids in 1408–1409, the four-iwan Zinciriye Madrasa of 1336 and the Seljuk-era Crooked Minaret, famous for its lean. The Tomb of Somuncu Baba, one of the city’s spiritual landmarks, is on the same walk.
Aksaray Museum, with 10,000 years of finds and its mummy hall, is about 3 km away. If you are curious about the city’s past from Aşıklı Höyük to the Seljuks, our history of Aksaray is a good place to start.
End your evening walk on the city centre’s café street, and for local flavours such as Aksaray tava, sıkma and bulama helvası, see the tips in our guide to Aksaray cuisine.
How we work
To offer the same quality on every stay, we stick to a few simple principles:
- Cleanliness: every apartment is prepared with a standard checklist before check-in, and on long stays the cleaning plan is shared in advance.
- Transparency: price, check-in time, parking and house rules are written clearly in the booking confirmation.
- Reachable support: you can call our team throughout your stay and report a technical issue quickly.
- Local knowledge: for routes, restaurants, taxis and day tours, our reception works like a guide who knows the region.
Guest satisfaction
We collect guest feedback regularly and treat every comment about cleaning, equipment or communication as a chance to improve. Sending the check-in time, directions and parking details in a single booking message is one of the changes that came from that feedback.
You can read our guests’ experiences, ratings and comments on our guest reviews page. The feedback you share after your stay helps the next guest have an even better experience.
Frequently asked questions
How do check-in and check-out work?
