Aksaray software coverage for enterprise teams

Aksiyon Soft is setting out what its Aksaray software service covers for companies in the province. We build ERP connections, field operations apps, e-invoice (e-Fatura) integrations and middleware for manufacturers in the organised industrial zone, logistics and distribution firms, agriculture and food processors, and SMEs that run mobile field teams.

Our headquarters is in Samsun, and we have no branch, reseller or local office in Aksaray. Development happens remotely, with planned on-site visits for moments that matter, such as a discovery workshop or go-live week. This announcement explains, in concrete terms, what we take on and how we work.

In short

  • Who it is for: Aksaray OSB manufacturers, logistics companies, agri-food businesses and SMEs with field teams.
  • What we deliver: ERP and accounting integration, field operations apps, e-invoice connectivity and reporting dashboards.
  • How we work: a Samsun-based team, remote delivery and planned visits to Aksaray when the project needs them.
  • Delivery rhythm: discovery, MVP, two-week sprint demos, then post-launch support with an SLA.
  • What we avoid: local-office claims, client names and unverified figures.

How does Aksaray’s economy shape its software needs?

According to the Aksaray OSB website, the organised industrial zone covers 1,514 hectares including its expansion areas, which ranks it 11th in Türkiye by size, and production spans 19 sectors as of the end of 2024. The Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry notes exporters in food, construction materials, automotive supply, farm machinery, textiles, furniture and plastics.

The Aksaray Governorship reports that trucks have been built in the province since 1986, with local suppliers working alongside the plant. For supplier firms that means part traceability, order-to-shipment matching and quality records are everyday requirements, not nice-to-haves.

The official Aksaray OSB promo film (in Turkish) shows the zone’s location and industrial mix — useful background for understanding local integration needs.

On logistics, the OSB highlights that Aksaray sits on Türkiye’s east–west and north–south transit routes, and that work continues on the Ulukışla–Aksaray freight line and the Kayseri–Aksaray–Konya high-speed rail link. With Ankara 240 km away, Konya 160 km and Kayseri 170 km, fleet tracking, route planning and warehouse management need to run on the same data.

In agriculture, the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry’s 2023 briefing shows roughly 1.1 million tonnes of sugar beet and 313,000 tonnes of potatoes produced in the province. The ministry’s investment guide also points to the raw-material potential for processing potatoes locally. Harvest, storage and contract-farming records are therefore prime candidates for digitisation.

Which sectors need which software?

The table below maps Aksaray’s main sectors to the software needs and integration points we see most often. Every project is different, so treat it as a starting map rather than a fixed template.

SectorTypical software needIntegration point
OSB manufacturing and automotive supplyWork orders, part traceability, quality recordsERP, barcode/label systems, customer portal
Logistics and distributionShipment planning, vehicle and delivery trackingWarehouse management, e-waybill, GPS services
Agriculture and food processingContract farming, harvest and storage records, lot trackingAccounting, weighbridge, e-invoice
SMEs with field teamsMobile work orders, photo service forms, approvalsCRM, inventory, invoicing

Where to start depends on where a business loses the most time. In manufacturing it is usually the gap between work order and shipment; in logistics, proof of delivery and waybill matching; in agriculture, re-keying weighbridge tickets into accounting. During discovery we rank these bottlenecks together and point the first MVP at the highest-return flow. Management reporting tends to follow in phase two as a by-product of that data.

Why do middleware and system integration matter?

In most Aksaray businesses, the ERP, accounting package, e-invoice provider, weighbridge and field app are separate systems. Wiring them point to point feels fast at first, but every new system multiplies the connections and makes debugging harder. A middleware layer manages that traffic in one place: data mapping, queuing, retries and audit logging all live together.

The mistake we see most often is burying e-invoice submission inside the ERP without defining who resends what when something fails. We cover the principles in our guide to enterprise integration middleware architecture, and the latest e-invoice changes in the GİB UBL-TR update guide. Our API and data integration platform provides a ready-made skeleton for this layer.

How does remote delivery work for Aksaray?

Discovery starts over video, and the process inventory and system list are gathered in a shared document. When we need to see a field workflow in person, we add a planned visit to Aksaray. Sprint demos happen every two weeks, and decisions and acceptance criteria are kept in writing.

Pre-project checklist

  • Do you know the name and version of your ERP, accounting and e-invoice systems?
  • Have you agreed which system is the source of truth for each type of data?
  • Do field teams need offline mode for areas with weak connectivity?
  • Are user roles and approval rights defined in writing?
  • Is it clear which personal data will be processed under KVKK and for how long it is kept?
  • Have you named a response time and an owner for post-launch support?

How can Aksiyon Soft help?

Our scope combines enterprise software solutions with API and integration services. For businesses managing field teams, the field operations and workflow management platform is a fast starting point.

Delivery follows four steps: discovery (process and system inventory), an MVP that puts the most critical flow live, sprint demos, and post-launch hypercare with an SLA. Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office or reseller in Aksaray?

No. Our only office is in Samsun. We serve Aksaray businesses remotely and schedule on-site visits when a project needs them.

Do we have to replace our current ERP?

Usually not. We first connect your existing ERP and accounting system through middleware; replacement only comes up if the system genuinely cannot meet the need.

Can e-invoice integration be a separate project?

Yes. e-Fatura and e-waybill connectivity can be a standalone work package, including error handling and resubmission rules.

Will the field app work without internet?

It can be designed for offline use. Data is stored on the device and synchronised with the central system once a connection is available.

When will we see the first working version?

That depends on the number of integrations and roles. After discovery we share a written MVP scope and timeline, and the first demo happens at the end of the first sprint.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. After go-live there is an intensive hypercare period, followed by a maintenance agreement with defined response times.
