Ankara enterprise software coverage — announcement
Aksiyon Soft announces enterprise software coverage for Ankara public-sector suppliers, defence supply-chain SMEs, and manufacturing clusters around OSTIM and Siteler. Our only HQ is in Samsun; we have no branch or sales office in Ankara. This news summarises how discovery and sprints are planned for capital projects; the full partner guide lives in our blog.
Typical Ankara needs include supplier portals, approval workflows, e-signature and e-invoice integrations, and KVKK-aligned data-sharing layers. Our Samsun-based team shares the same demo calendar with Ankara stakeholders — geography does not lower the quality bar.
Samsun HQ, Ankara delivery — no branch
Architecture, sprint plans, and code review stay in Samsun. Your product owners and IT teams in Ankara join via recurring video demos, shared backlogs, and timestamped documentation. We can schedule planned visits for integration cut-over and go-live; daily engineering remains remote.
Public procurement suppliers should discuss audit trails, versioned documents, and role-based access early. We do not claim a “local Ankara office”; official contact runs through our contact page.
Who in Ankara is this for?
Software and service vendors working with central agencies want one panel for bids, contracts, delivery proof, and invoicing. OSTIM and Siteler manufacturers — machinery, automation, defence sub-components — often move from Excel to an operations panel spanning order to shipment.
University spin-offs and corporate R&D units near ODTÜ, Hacettepe, and Bilkent need a clear MVP boundary and demo rhythm that respects academic calendars. Defence-adjacent firms face access restrictions and supplier compliance forms that shape portal design.
See enterprise software solutions and custom software development for scope examples. Public supplier scenarios, OSTIM SME checklists, and partner criteria are covered in depth in Ankara enterprise software partner.

What the coverage includes in Ankara
The announcement covers the full delivery cycle for organisations in Ankara, from the first discovery session to post-launch support:
- Discovery and scope: remote workshops, a process inventory and a written MVP boundary.
- Custom and enterprise software: web portals, approval workflows and order–stock–accounts modules.
- Mobile apps: iOS and Android apps for field and shop-floor teams, with offline support.
- API integration: connections to ERP, accounting, e-invoice and e-waybill systems.
- Maintenance and support: monitoring, security patches and defined SLA response times.
Every engagement starts small and grows in phases, so teams in Ankara see working software within the first sprints.
Discovery first step
Attach a short list of current DMS, ERP, and email approval steps when you use our contact form. After discovery we document MVP boundaries, MoSCoW priorities, and acceptance criteria; every sprint ends with working software demoed.
Middleware and integration service in Ankara
For public-sector suppliers and OSTİM–Siteler manufacturers in Ankara, integration is often the riskiest part of a project: supplier portal, ERP, e-signature and e-invoice steps are owned by different teams and systems. Middleware builds a layer between them with clear contracts, traceability and defined permissions, so “which data went where, and when?” always has a logged answer. On audit day, that log is far faster evidence than digging through email threads.
In the capital, the integration layer usually covers: invoice flows between ERP and e-invoice / private integrator services, matched to proof of delivery; bids and orders from the supplier portal wired into approval workflows; two-way sync between ERP and production data from shop-floor tablets and barcode scanners in OSTİM; and staging integrations that run on masked data in the defence supply chain. Manufacturers with B2B or marketplace channels get order and stock sync, and teams speeding up internal work can connect AI agents through the same layer — logged, permission-scoped and in line with KVKK rules.
In public-procurement work a single lost message can delay a progress payment or invoice, so these rules apply by default in the layer:
- Queues: messages between portal, ERP and e-invoice are queued, so maintenance on one system does not stop the others.
- Retry policy: transient errors are retried a limited number of times at growing intervals.
- Idempotency: the same bid, order or invoice message processed twice still yields one record.
- Monitoring and audit trail: each message’s status, duration and failure reason is recorded.
On the e-invoice side we offer an e-invoice UBL-TR integration check service to verify field mappings after the latest UBL-TR update. Engineering runs remotely from our Samsun HQ, with planned visits to Ankara for integration cut-over and go-live days. Architecture details are in enterprise integration middleware architecture, and the scope is on our API and integration service page.
FAQ
Do you have a branch in Ankara?
No. Samsun is our only HQ. We do not offer a physical Ankara branch or “local representative”; we work through planned site days and a steady video cadence.
Can you run an on-site workshop in OSTIM?
Yes — discovery workshops and UAT can be scheduled in Ankara. Day-to-day development continues from our Samsun-based team remotely.
How long does a first project take?
A typical MVP goes live six to ten weeks after discovery, depending on the number of integrations and user roles; later phases follow as separate milestones.
